What is the process?

1. Choose the package that best meets your design needs

2. Complete the client questionnaire

3. Within 2 weeks, we will begin with your design

4. We will communicate through email; the first draft can also be discussed via Zoom meeting. (Packages "Visual Concept" and "Vision Board")

5. After your revisions are finished, you will receive the final design

6. Easily shop from the product list to bring your space to life

Can you work with furniture I already have?

Yes, absolutely!
When it comes to interior design, flexibility is key. Whether you have existing pieces, want a fresh start, or prefer a mix-and-match approach.

Can you work within any budget?

We will do our best to stay close to the budget range specified.

A standard living space can typically be finished with all new furniture & decor for around $7,000 from bugdet-concious alternatives OR $15,000 for name brand vendors.

Living Room: $7,000
Bedroom: $5,000
Dining Room: $5,000 Home Office: $4,000 Nursery: $5,000

Name Brand Living Room: $15,000 Bedroom: $12,000 Dining Room: $10,000 Home Office: $8,000 Nursery: $10,000

Are there any rooms you do not offer?

We do not offer room designs of kitchens and bathrooms. We also do not provide room design services for houses that are not constructed yet.

How do I know I will be happy with the design?

The Design for our two packages "Visual Concept" and "Vision Board" will be revised at no additional charge one time. Any further revisions will be treated as a new service.

In order to meet expectations as best as possible, we rely on sufficient information from customers regarding preferences or what they don't like.

What if items go out of stock after I receive my design?

We make every effort to ensure that all items within your design are in stock at the time of the design presentation. However, due to the nature of online shopping, there is a risk that certain items may sell out. We highly encourage clients to purchase items they love immediately after finalizing a design. We offer a 7 day free item replacement service after your final design consultation.  

After the 7 day free replacement service, we charge a CHF 25.00/item resourcing fee if an item is out of stock and needs to be replaced in your design.

Is each room the same price?

Yes prices are per space, covering up to 40m2.

A space is defined by its function, not necessarily by walls. Since each space requires separate images and product lists, we allocate twice the amount of time for these services. Therefore, you’ll need to purchase one service for each distinct space.
